MS-DIAL 5.5 Runtime Error (R6016) during Alignment (?) #700

system: Windows 10
data type: lipidomics data from Sciex ZenoToF (CID), loaded in wiff2/ABF/mzml format but none of these worked
I am processing a large lipidomics dataset (~350 injections) from ZenoTOF. MS-Dial consistently freezes or crashes during the "Progress..." (alignment?) stage, the GUI remains stuck at a specific progress point (see 
) and never goes forward anymore even leave it for several days. Then we tried to run the process via PowerShell, which also didn't work, and revealed a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error saying [R6016 - not enough space for thread data]. (see 
) The crash keeps occurring even we reduce the sample size from ~350 injections to 2 batches (~80 injections), but there's a difference as we can see several new files in the folder which never happens before (
