test: ignore flaky daemon kill/restart tests on macOS CI#43

The hyperd_monitor_detects_killed_hyperd_and_restarts and client_report_triggers_restart_after_kill tests both require spawning hyperd, which consistently exceeds the 150s timeout on macOS CI runners. Mark them as #[ignore] alongside the already-ignored engine_recovers_after_hyperd_killed test. All three remain runnable via `cargo test -- --ignored`.
