Performance Improvements

Fixed UI Freezing in Large Vaults: Solved an issue where the Obsidian Graph View would freeze or become unresponsive when propagating colors in vaults with a massive amount of notes.
Asynchronous Processing: Heavy tasks such as Breadth-First Search (BFS) for color propagation and graph edge constructions are now processed asynchronously yielding to the main thread. This ensures the app remains fully responsive while colors are being smoothly propagated in the background.
Execution Locks: Added concurrency locks to prevent overlapping calculations when settings are changed rapidly.

パフォーマンスの改善

巨大なVaultでのUIフリーズ問題を修正: ノート数が膨大なVaultにおいて、グラフビューの色を伝播させる際にObsidian全体がフリーズしてしまう・動作が途中で停止してしまう問題を修正しました。
非同期処理の導入: 色の伝播計算（BFS）やエッジ関係の構築などの重い処理に非同期のyield処理を導入しました。これにより、バックグラウンドでメインスレッドをブロックすることなく、滑らかに色が伝播するようになります。
排他制御の追加: 設定が連続して変更された際などに、計算処理が多重に実行されるのを防ぐためのロック処理を追加しました。
