Right now the tool is outputting the harness to a harness folder at the root of the repo. Should this folder be hidden? Should it be named or located somewhere differently while keeping it agent-agnostic?
There is no standard for this as of yet, but I want to make a smart long-term decision while admitting that it will change again if, and when, a standard (or at least a convention) is defined.
