Theme Setup

• You could create your own theme using UM-Plug into UM-Themes, by using our Theme Option as references.
• UM-Plug will copies the file from umplug/prop into your theme path using Theme Setup. Once it being copies you could edit them to suit your needs. But, if you start from scratch why not using UM-Core Themes

Template Tools

Since day 0, I don't suit if Wordpress doesn't provide a create new template file functions. So, here is one.
