[Bug]: `:update`, `:sage` and `:usage` commands does not exist

Bug Description

When I try to use :update, :usage and :sage I get an error that the commands does not exist. It did exist up until some recent version. I am on version 2.12.0.

Update: If I downgrade to 2.10.0 :sage works but :update still does not work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run :update or :sage or :usage

Expected Behavior

That it updates or changes to sage.

Actual Behavior

Command does not exist.
