Bug Description

I put use_forge_committer=false in my config, reloaded my zsh session etc, however when making commits forge still comes up as co-author. And besides that it also messed up with my commit signing?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. use_forge_committer=false in your config
  2. reload
  3. do git commit -m "..."
  4. push to GH
  5. Notice how forge is still a co-author

Expected Behavior

When setting false i don't want to have forge as co author or mess with my commit signing

Actual Behavior

It keeps becoming a co-author
