tailscale + caddy

Hi,
First of all, thank you for your work, I think it's amazing when someone start messing with docker and tailscale.
During my research, I found and used this how-to: https://github.com/brianalewine/jellyfin-docker.
Could you please check it, I think it would be a great improvement to add caddy in your work to get the service with tailscale and caddy.

Yeah, I already checked this configuration.
I meant to have one service + Tailscale + Caddy inside the same docker-compose.yml to avoid https warnings.

Alright, is there a specific reason that you want Caddy in front of the service? You may also use the Tailscale serve/funnel functionality to host the service.

I think I need first to better understand how it works. ;-)
