iOS: Exit Node Option Does Not Appear for Member Role User

What is the issue?

When I log in as a member role user to a tailent, the option to select exit node does not appear.
Even if I elevate the user role to Admin, the exit node option does not appear.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Tailscale client on device
2. Set up Tailscale member role level user to existing tailnet
3. Connect to tailnet using member role level user
4. Notice exit node option does not appear

Are there any recent changes that introduced the issue?

1. Revisions to Tailscale client
2. I made no changes to ACL rules that would change behavior
