Not working with Tamarin 6.3

Hi I tried to use this plugin with Xamarin studio 6.3 and Android studio 2.3.2. I am always getting error
1. First it says Android home not set. If I manually put local.properties file in the Android project folder I get second error below.
2.failed to find target with hash string 'android-23' in android sdk path.(/User/library/Android/sdk)
