Get API keys from process environment

Feature request

Add support for configuring OpenAI and Anthropic API keys via environment variables. Desired environment variable names are OPENAI_API_KEY and ANTHROPIC_API_KEY.

Why?

It is desireable to be able to configure provider API keys via environment variables rather than the config file, allowing for configuration to be set on invocation of aicommit2 rather than the additional required step of setting config file vaules before invocation.
