Enamel adds pins! simple, decently powerful trinkets (using trinkets API), however they dont cost a slot! Instead, it uses a new* pin point system, each pin costing some amount to equip, if you've equipped over the amount of points you have... well you can't equip more.
...I've also heard about some kind of "overpincumberance**" that makes you slow and hurt more... but i'd not risk it.
