Bug: Knowledge section visible in navigation bar for users without access #758

When a user logs in with a team member role that does not have admin permissions, several restricted sections such as Automation and Agent are correctly hidden from the navigation bar.

However, the Knowledge section still appears in the navigation bar even though the user does not have permission to access it. When the user tries to open it, access is denied.

Steps to Reproduce
Log in as a team member (non-admin role)
Observe the navigation bar
Notice that restricted sections such as Automation and Agent are hidden
Observe that the Knowledge section is still visible
Attempt to access the Knowledge section

Expected Behavior
Just like other restricted sections, the Knowledge tab should be hidden from the navigation bar if the user does not have permission to access it.

Actual Behavior
The Knowledge tab remains visible in the navigation bar.
Access to the section is still denied when the user tries to open it.
