Fetch actual buddy from system and make it talk

Problem

This looks great but it misses personality.

Proposed solution

U think we can use the actual buddy we hatched? Or at least name it and compute a personality for some comments? I really like what mine said XD

A few notes on current state and plans:

What's already there:

• Buddy characters are already generated from your Claude Code user ID — species, eyes, hats, and rarity are all deterministic per user
• Name and personality fields exist in the config and are loaded, but not yet surfaced in the UI

What we're planning:

1. Onboarding hatching experience — an interactive hatching animation when you first launch Buddi would be a great way to introduce your buddy with some personality. Love this idea.

2. Making it talk — this is the bigger lift. It would require LLM calls to generate contextual comments, and we want to be thoughtful about it. We're considering options like local LLMs to avoid requiring API keys, but need to explore the tradeoffs (quality, latency, model size). Will update as we figure out the right approach.
