Feature Request: Replace Ctrl + Enter with "Open as Administrator" Option for Workspaces/Solutions

Hi team,

Currently, the Ctrl + Enter shortcut opens the selected workspace or solution in File Explorer. This same functionality is already available through the Ctrl + K shortcut, resulting in a duplicate action.

It would be great to have an option to customize the Ctrl + Enter shortcut to open the selected workspace or Visual Studio solution in administrator mode instead. This would be especially useful for developers who frequently need elevated permissions to run or modify certain projects.

Suggested Improvement:

Provide a configurable setting or repurpose Ctrl + Enter for launching workspaces/solutions as administrator.
