Version 0.0.2

This release puts cmd/stdio under options as specified in the README. Additionally, stdio accepts false to mean "Don't use stdio." This release also adds error handling and a force option to allow failures on non-critical tasks. Finally, it migrates the use of it's logic to simple-cli.
