2. Project Management
In this project, I will use the Microsoft Project for planning needs such as time-tracking, project planning, resource planning etc.
I am going to leverage Agile Software Development approach. I think the best way to this kind of projects for software development is Agile Software Development because it is likely that the software requirements and developments can change after each of the classroom meetings. To accommodate rapid changing requirements like this, the best approach seems Agile Development.
My every iteration will be 1-week long and the project will be completed at the end of the 12th iteration. General project plan will be as follows;
I am going to work 20 hours every week on this project. My working schedule will be as follows:

- Create tasks in MS Project under relevant iteration
- Add tasks created into Github issues.
- Mark completed every closed issue in MS Project.
