Lockstep release of the prep primitives merged in #223 + #224, so the agent-app eval-campaign scaffold can consume them.
Ships:
aggregateJudgeVerdicts<D>(judge-ensemble reducer),createTokenRecallChecker(deterministic completion gate),ErrorClusternamed export. All additive — safe minor bump for the 6 consumers on>=0.50.0.Version-lock verified locally (npm = pyproject = python
__version__fallback = 0.81.0). Tagv0.81.0after merge triggers publish.yml (OIDC trusted publishing, npm + PyPI).
