Lands the 0.34.0 version bump on main to match the published npm release.

Published @tangle-network/agent-runtime@0.34.0 ships the work already merged to main:

• OTel GenAI loop-topology span tree (feat(loops+otel): nested GenAI-semconv span tree for loop topology (Tangle Intelligence viewer) #78) — loop.plan event + Driver.describePlan() + iteration tokenUsage + buildLoopOtelSpans (nested real-duration tree, current gen_ai.* semconv + tangle.loop.*).
• In-repo agent-runtime-adoption skill (docs(skills): ship self-contained agent-runtime-adoption skill in-repo #77) — ships in the npm tarball.

main was at 0.33.0 but diverged from the published 0.33.0 (which predated #78), so 0.33.0 couldn't be republished — hence the 0.34.0 bump. tag v0.34.0 pushed; npm latest = 0.34.0.

Superseded by the 0.35.0 PR (feat/loop-topology-lineage), which carries this 0.34.0 bump plus the #80 lineage work; main catches up to 0.35.0 in one merge.
