Update architecture docs: storage, DB, refresh
Add extensive documentation and missing implementation details across architecture and operational docs. Introduces project layout and StrmStorageMapping data model, expands SQLite schema (tables, indexes and core tables such as a_strm_files, b_strm_files, strm_identity, strm_media_boundary, subtitle_files, ghost_protection, etc.), and documents WAL/connection pool usage. Details startup lifecycle, key module dependencies, runtime data structures and design principles. Adds a complete RefreshService workflow (path analysis, engine probe, dual-stage/three-layer cleanup, ghost protection, Update-mode A cleanup) and explicit three-layer verification for safe B-region cleanup. Enhances lineage verification and scraping adaptation with media-root extraction, season handling, group-rename and solo-judgment (30s) logic, plus mapping and cross-engine contamination rules. Also adds config file locations and sample indexes/SQL and highlights missing wiki sections that were filled in.
Add A/B/C architecture and cleanup docs
Introduce four new design docs and update Home.md: adds Architecture-&-ABC-Directory-Model.md (A/B/C directory model, SQLite schema, startup sync lifecycle), Discrepancy-Control-&-Active-Refresh.md (fail-safe probe, refresh scope and circuit breaker), Lineage-Verification-&-Scraping-Adaptation.md (lineage verification and scraping boundary rules), and Trash-Tree-Reconstruction-&-Cleanup-Rules.md (recycle-move reconstruction, empty-dir protection, dedupe scoring). Home.md was expanded with an overview, architecture diagram, and token/signature warning. These documents formalize syncing, safety and cleanup behaviors for the openlist_strm_bridge middleware.
