Changes
- Prefer native Supernote title metadata before falling back to page element scans.
- Add timeouts around title, page element, page size, and OCR calls.
- Recycle page elements and clear the Android element cache after scans.
- Show scan progress and report recent scan/OCR errors.
- Preserve handwritten title OCR for generated TOC entries.
