Append serverSelectionTimeoutMS=15000, socketTimeoutMS=15000, maxIdleTimeMS=30000 in MongodbUtil.getMongoClientSettingsBuilder and the legacy oplog reader path. User-specified options take precedence (case-insensitive match). Prevents the 15-minute Linux tcp_retries2 hang on dead MongoDB connections observed in DMP HA drill test.
