Starting from Tarantool 3.7.1, the IPROTO connection must be authenticated as the admin to use `server.exec` in application threads. In Tarantool 3.7.0, the client must also call `box.iproto.internal.enable_thread_requests`. Follow-up tarantool/tarantool#12542
