Restart server: navigate to Settings and clear stale bridge stats

Description

When restarting a bridge from Server Settings → More → Restart, two things feel wrong:

1. Navigation stays put. After tapping Restart, the user remains on the same screen they triggered it from. They should be returned to the Settings (first) page so the restart feels like a clear action with a defined endpoint.
2. Home shows stale stats. Immediately after restart, the bridge tile still shows the pre-restart uptime / messages. Since z2m hasn't sent fresh info yet, the displayed numbers are wrong and make the user question whether the restart actually happened.

Expected behavior

• After tapping Restart, navigate back to the Settings root for that bridge.
• Clear (or visibly placeholder) uptime / message counters on the home page until z2m reports fresh values, so we never display stale info as if it were current.

Actual behavior

• User stays on the deep settings page they restarted from.
• Home tile keeps showing the old uptime / messages until z2m next publishes, suggesting nothing happened.
