The owner sometimes speaks and writes in Chinese (like here). I suspect this is via an LLM, so language is not a barrier. This discussion is not just for asking the owner. Writing in one's native language is a choice for speed and accuracy, even though it may feel less international.

I think there's a bit of a misunderstanding about what the $19 is paying for.

The router itself is free and open source, and it will remain free. I'm not charging for the API calls or for access to the free provider tiers.

The paid part is the live catalog: keeping track of which models are actually free, their quotas, provider changes, new models, compatibility issues, and continuously maintaining that data. That takes ongoing time and maintenance.

So the $19/year is essentially a small fee for maintaining the catalog and for my time. If you don't need the live updates, you can use the free snapshot and the router without paying anything.
