No reminder on new subtasks

Are you experiencing this with tasks created in Tasks.org? Or with tasks created in another app and then synchronized to Tasks.org?

I did not set up any synchronization and created the task with tasks.org app itself.

@trinklup - I started a new issue for this. All of the code that was involved in the previous issue has been rewritten so there is likely no relation

Also, I should add that, on further testing I have noticed that this default reminder setting is always ignored if I create the task in the subtask list in the edit screen of another task.

However, if I create a task using the '+' button instead, it shows the "When due" reminder in the task creation screen. If a due date is set in this screen, then the "When due" reminder stays with the task, but the reminder does not stay when the due date is unset(set to no date). I am not sure whether the latter case is intended behaviour.
