Show error screen on WearOS when bluetooth is disconnected

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect your phone to your WearOS watch via Bluetooth.
2. Configure the app with the watch connected.
3. Disable Bluetooth on your phone to disconnect the watch.
4. Force stop the WearOS app on the watch.
5. Launch the app again on the watch.

Expected Behavior

The app should work independently on the watch (even when not paired via Bluetooth), or provide a clear error message about the phone connection being required.

Actual Behavior

When the phone is not connected via Bluetooth with the watch and you open the WearOS app after force stop, it displays "Unknown error". The app cannot be used on the watch without the phone connected.

Importance

This issue makes the app unusable on the watch when the phone is disconnected, affecting standalone usability.

Unfortunately the app only works over bluetooth. I hope to offer a completely standalone WearOS app some day, but for now this was the best I could do 😀

The watch app doesn't persist any data itself, its paginating it live from the phone app. When bluetooth is disconnected these payloads have to go through Google Play Services (encrypted), but its so slow that it rarely works. I need to update the app to just show an error screen if bluetooth is disconnected.

I often go for walks and think of things to add, or to the store without a phone, meaning that tasks is unusable for errands like these.

Apparently the best way to do this, is to use datalayer to do an initial sync of the DB from your phone to watch, then set up listening services that send data back and forth as changes are made.

This works even when devices are disconnected, as dataclient automatically sends when they get reconnected.

This issue should probably be re-opened as "Use wearos app without needing phone".

I'm eventually going to rewrite the Wear OS app to be a standalone client. This will happen at some point after the desktop and iOS clients are finished
