Added a Pan Tool

I added a pan tool for a project I am working on if you want to merge it in. I also added it to the example in the dropdown. The tool just lets you pan around the canvas, which is especially useful in combination with zoom.

Hey Thomas,
Thanks for making this project, it is pretty sweet. Yeah, creating a tool was very easy, the only thing I needed to changed in the actual component was a reset to default if the pointer had changed. The way you set it up makes it easy to make modular tools, so I will probably built some more after I get my application up. Thanks again for getting this all set up. I'll watch this and should be able to hop on some issues as they pop up.

Good job @wmaillard ! I can move my background image now, yet I can't resize it (it's large if the source img is highRes). How would you resize a background img ?
