Installation

WARNING THIS PKG HAS NOT BEEN TESTED ON HEN

Method 1

(This is the method used on the latest version of Evilnat CFW, and IRISMAN, using a NTFS formatted USB drive.)

1. Download the latest release of ezDNS from GitHub, the latest release can be found here: latest.
2. Unzip ezDNS_xx.xx.zip.
3. Copy ezDNS.pkg to the root of your NTFS formatted USB drive.
4. Open IRISMAN, navigate to the NTFS drive in the File Manager.
5. Install the PKG.
6. Exit to the XMB, navigate to Game > ★ Package Manager > ★ PlayStation Network Content > ★ Install "ezDNS.pkg".
7. Press triangle, and press X on Install.
8. After installation, ezDNS will appear under the Network category in the XMB.

Method 2

(This is the method used on all CFW types (CEX/DEX).

1. Download the latest release of ezDNS from GitHub, the latest release can be found here: latest.
2. Unzip ezDNS_xx.xx.zip.
3. Copy ezDNS.pkg to the root of a FAT32 formatted USB drive.
4. Plug the USB drive into the front of your PS3.
5. Navigate to Game > ★ Package Manager > ★ Install Package Files > Standard > ezDNS.pkg .
6. Press Cross and select Yes to install.
7. ezDNS will now appear under the Network Category.

Method 3

(This is the method for installing without use of a USB Drive)

1. Download the latest release of ezDNS from GitHub, the latest release can be found here: latest.
2. Unzip ezDNS_xx.xx.zip.
3. Connect to your PS3 via FTP (WebmanMOD, Multiman, IRISMAN etc.)
4. On your FTP client navigate to dev_hdd0/packages
5. Copy ezDNS.pkg to dev_hdd0/packages
6. Navigate to Game > ★ Package Manager > ★ Install Package Files > PS3 System Storage > ezDNS.pkg
7. Press Cross and select Yes to install.
8. ezDNS will now appear under the Network Category. You are now ready to run ezDNS. See First Run.
