Contains functions to manage row and MapComposer

1. expandAll() expand all row

2. collapseAll() collapse all row

3. openMapComposer(mapUrl,userProfile,idMap,desc) function to open Map Composer in Iframe to create, view and edit maps

4. saveMapReload(btn,text) reload the store after map save
