I created a session, made a login and send a message to another user. Everything works. When I re-launch the program, my number is blocked by telegram, i.e. my number was banned. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

I don't know why a class of telegram security is not made well, but the surprising news
If you use an old account and use it for spamming / sending messages to many groups, the account will be safe.

While new accounts that have just logged in are sometimes banned.

I don't even send any messages, just read different channels and get randomly banned... recovery@telegram.org remains silent
