Focused the agent toolset on core Jaz accounting operations. The period-close and operational job checklists (month-end, quarter-end, year-end, bank reconciliation, GST/VAT, payment run, credit control, supplier reconciliation, audit prep, fixed-asset review, document collection, statutory filing) now run through the jobs skill and the clio jobs command instead of standalone tools. The local practitioner-workspace scaffolding tools have been retired. Everyday accounting tools (invoices, bills, journals, payments, reconciliation, recipes, reports) are unchanged.
