Using Java to run code2vec.py

Hi,
First of all i would like to thanks for your works, I'm currently a student I'm eager to learn more about this project.
I'm creating a java project that running the code2vec.py
The code is

But it only run to


this process and then there's no further response from that (1 hour since the last output has been printed)
I tried to run the command by command promt to check if the command is correct and it works.
I wonder if it's because my computer is so weak to do that or because of something else.

Then this is probably a limitation of Java's Runtime.exec().
Maybe try to see if it has memory limitations that you can increase.

I tried to increase the heap limitation and it actually worked, but just a few more step.
I wonder if you can estimate how much the max heap limitation should be, I tried to increase it to 8gb (the PC RAM is 8GB) and my computer is frozen. So I can't estimate the max heap limitation value by myself and find another path for my work.

If it runs from terminal - then your PC is strong enough.

I don't know regarding running as a child process from Java. Maybe there are other parameters that should be increased, besides heap size.
