figure out how to support multiple top level domains

currently we can reach the wiki through https://wikil.tech-artists.org or https://wiki.techart.online, our alternate domain. However the default GH pages server seems to care which domain you came in through, so even though the techart.online address reaches the same IP it ends up with a 404 error.  We should see how to accommodate both domains
