Supertonic 3 voices are now visible in the voice catalog.

• Supertonic 3 voices enabled. The SUPERTONIC_ENABLED gate was never flipped when the engine landed in v1.2.0 — Supertonic voices now appear in Settings > Voices. (#1236 / #1237)
