Make maincolor_clock persistent #14
Description
- Save the main color of the clock to EEPROM, so that it persists during a reboot of the ESP.
- Implement a validation mechanism to check if the color value in EEPROM is a valid (and visible) color. This is important in case of the first start after flashing.
