Socket option error

Describe the bug
When I provide a socket path, it raises the error "Error: Can only specify either -P/--mysql-port or -k/--mysql-socket, not both."

Expected behaviour
I provide a socket path, and no default for port and should connect to mysql

Actual result
Error: Can only specify either -P/--mysql-port or -k/--mysql-socket, not both
Cannot connect to MySQL

Please test with a real socket path.

@iwangtoknow this bug should be in https://github.com/techouse/sqlite3-to-mysql. This package has no option for sockets.

Fixed in techouse/sqlite3-to-mysql@400591b
