Allow using with ESM module

Many projects, for example recent Angular project, uses typescript and ESM module loading. Jayson seems to work exclusively with CommonJS module loading.

Can you show a concrete use case of something that does not work, because of what you just mentioned?

esbuild --format=esm main.ts

main.ts does import jayson from "jayson";

This will not bundle jayson library in the output. Although this may eventually be worked around with esbuild, esm support from jayson will just make it work out of box.
