Summary

Clarifies that AGENTS.md files and skills are functional markdown — they drive agent behavior, not just documentation.

What Changed

  • skills/making-prs/SKILL.md — Added guidance that changes to AGENTS.md and skills (.opencode/skills/ or skills/) should be classified as feat, fix, or refactor, never chore or docs.

Reviewer Focus

  • Is the classification guidance clear and appropriately placed in the workflow?

AGENTS.md files and skills (.opencode/skills/ or skills/) are markdown but function\nas agent instructions. Changes to them alter agent behavior and should be\nclassified as feat, fix, or refactor — never chore or docs.
