Rewrite wiki for wordmove-ng 6.0
Rename the command to wordmove-ng, document the system-ssh transport,
target-side wp search-replace, prerequisites per side, maintenance mode,
the removed ftp/sql_adapter options and the new doctor checks. Drop the
pages about FTP, lftp, net-ssh errors, RubyInstaller and dead tools.
