Group calls not connecting on IPv6-only networks

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter a group call on an IPv6-only network (NO nat64, dns64)

Expected behaviour

The call connects (afaik an ipv6-capable reflector should be involved either way)

Actual behaviour

The call gets stuck on connecting

Can you please:

1. Enabled debug logs by typing "debugmode" in Settings page from your keyboard (as a game cheat code).
2. Agree on enabling of debug logs.
3. Reproduce the issue - try connecting to a group call and wait for a minute, then leave the group call.
4. Open settings and type "viewlogs", then send the "last_group_call_log.txt" from "DebugLogs" folder to me, https://t.me/preston
