I've been manually creating folders and using the -workdir flag with shortcuts, but it's a mess to organize. Does this app handle the folder management automatically? Also, where is the login data stored? I want to make sure my sessions are secure.

Yeah, that’s exactly why I made this, manual shortcuts are bad to organize. It handles all the folder creation and paths automatically.
For the data, everything stays local on your machine in the %AppData%\TeleManager\profiles folder. Since the app is just a wrapper for the official portable exe, it never even sees your login info or messages. Feel free to check the source code to be sure!
