/cache/astroid/css User Info: This has nothing to do with the old template. In fact, this specific option shouldn't be used at all—at least, that is the recommendation we’ve given to all customers experiencing frontend display issues after enabling it. However, I wasn't aware that it impacts the cache so severely. |

Minify ist the problem. If disabled everthing is ok. |

T'was me who answerded in this thread to say I'm also having this problem. On disabling both caches and then clearing cache (which in my case took several attempts an more than 20 mins) the problem disappears. I suggest removing this css/jss combining feature altoghther as it does not work at all. |

@WM-Loose I am currently recovering from surgery. My health is still not good enough to sit and work normally, but it's improving. I hope to be able to return next week. |

@sonvnn Hi Sonny, users have complained that the cache grows to several gigabytes in size and constantly requires manual clearing or a cron job. They are asking if it would be possible to build a feature directly into Astroid that allows setting a cache-clearing interval, eliminating the need to manually delete it via a button every time. Joomla does offer the option to set up workflows for tasks; perhaps that could be used? Of course, the simplest solution would be to configure the interval within the template options.
