The first pre-release release of temporal-operator-mcp, a read-only MCP server that gives AI agents access to the Temporal namespaces listed in its config.

Agents can search, count and inspect workflows, read workflow histories and task queues, and list search attributes. Over HTTP, the server accepts OAuth access tokens from the OIDC issuers you configure and limits each caller to the tools and targets its token's claims allow. Over stdio, it runs for one developer from their MCP client. It connects to targets with API keys or mTLS client certificates, decodes payloads through your codec server, and writes an audit record of each tool call.
