This space is for suggesting and upvoting features for Temporal. This is a single spot for all feature requests, covering server, SDKs, and UI. We read every post here, and we use upvotes as a signal when we plan our roadmap. We want to know what you want to see next in Temporal.

• Bug reports → Please open an issue in the relevant repo instead
• Support or troubleshooting questions → If you’re a customer you can contact support; or you can head to the forum at community.temporal.io or our Slack
• Vague or low-effort/obviously-LLM-generated posts → We’re looking to keep the post quality high here. Please be specific in your use case, and do not post walls of LLM-generated text that put the burden back on the reader

Why a Feature Request Board?

As an open source project, anyone can suggest improvements to Temporal. We're a complex project with many repos, and we wanted to make a single space where it was easy for users to have their voices heard.

This space is meant to generate signal, not serve as a public roadmap. There will be ideas here that align with where we’re headed, and there will be things here that aren’t the direction we want to take Temporal. We’re both bullishly opinionated on the future of durable execution we want to build, and grateful for all insights into the community’s real-time usage and needs. A feature being posted or upvoted here does mean we'll necessarily build or prioritize it. Thank you for understanding, and for your input here.
