Regression: the UI is showing decoding failed for the summary in timer start events

To Reproduce

Compare the following In cloud vs an older UI version (for example, 2.42.1):

1. Start a timer with a summary
2. Check the timer started event in the history view

Expected behavior
The history view show the summary
