Defers non-critical providers and instrumentation until after the page has settled. The docs shell now lazy-loads analytics, speed insights, PostHog, Google Analytics, and interactive-only surfaces instead of putting them on the initial mobile critical path.
Applies the Vocs viewport prefetch patch while keeping hover and click navigation immediate. Viewport prefetching starts two seconds after load, while analytics and PostHog stay behind the later page-settled gate.
