Restructure wiki: one page per Java version with proper wiki-link navigation Home.md is now the full Java Evolution Map hub (GIF removed), linking to Java-8 through Java-25 via wiki page names instead of repo file paths (which don't exist inside a wiki's separate git repo). Removes the stray Java-Evolution.md page created by hand before this restructure.
