Provide Ready to use images for argocd pre-sync hooks. #744
Description
The docs for argocd integration does not provide a ready to use container image.
If someone just wants to cut to the chase to get the job.yaml file for the pre-sync hook, this will help them to skip the steps of build and pushing their own image.
