"from object_detection.utils import dataset_util" error pycharm

Hi all,
I am attempting to convert a JSON file to a TFRecord file for use in a custom dataset object detection project, and when using the import statement above, pycharm raises an error stating "unresolved reference: 'object_detection'. I have followed the install directions from Tensorflow for their object detection API (I am using Linux) as well as having followed the suggestions mentioned in this thread:

Does anybody have any other ideas?
